The Design-Build Process: Part 1 - Summary and Introduction

The Design-Build Process in Estes Park

The Design-Build Process is a seamless approach where all aspects of construction are managed "in-house."  You, the client, enter into an agreement that covers both architectural design services and the physical construction of the build.  This method streamlines collaboration, communication, and coordination throughout the entire process.  You then will have a single point of contact for questions and collaborative input, being fully engaged from the start of planning and design, through construction, to the final completion of the project.  The direct relationship between the Client and the General Contractor facilitates coordination of details, communication of concerns, and implementation of adjustments.  This results in reduced costs, shortened timelines, and increased creativity.  The collaborative nature of the Design-Build Process fosters a strong, trusting relationship, increasing the likelihood that the project will meet or exceed the expectations of all involved.
